Many women who reach out to me are thoughtful, capable and deeply committed in their relationships and faith — yet privately carry a sense that something inside still feels unsettled. As a Christian therapist for women, my work focuses on helping women gently explore attachment wounds, shame, and struggles with self-worth shaped by early relational experiences. Therapy becomes a space where these patterns can be understood with compassion, allowing you to experience greater safety, connection, and a more grounded sense of worth.

Maybe you’re feeling…
Like shame is following you everywhere, keeping you from feeling close to God, yourself, or others.
Tired of trying to “fix” everything on your own while quietly carrying pain you thought you should have moved past.
Unsure how to set boundaries without feeling guilty, or questioning your faith because of past experiences.
Like your struggles are too messy, too heavy, or too complicated to bring into therapy or church spaces.
Like you keep showing up for everyone else, but no one really sees you.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
I get it…because I’ve been there
My name is Kadri Aworigo, and I’m a Christian therapist. But before that, I’m someone who has walked through seasons of shame so deep that I abandoned my faith having lost hope that healing was even possible. I know what it’s like to feel unseen, silenced, or lost because no matter how hard you try, it never seems to be enough.
As a human first, and a therapist second, I hold space for that raw, complicated experience. I see clients like you every day, people longing for a place where they can be fully known, accepted, and gently invited toward hope. My faith shapes how I understand healing, wholeness, and human worth, but therapy with me is never about imposing beliefs. It’s about meeting you where you are.
How I Work
My approach weaves together integrative therapy and faith-informed insight — creating space for both your humanity and your spirituality. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. Instead, we walk together toward understanding, healing, and hope.
Understanding your story
We’ll gently explore what’s shaped you — your relationships, beliefs, and patterns — and how they might still be affecting your life and faith today.
Moving toward wholeness
Healing isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about rediscovering who God created you to be. We’ll work at your pace, with compassion and curiosity.
A space to be real
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Therapy is a space to pause, breathe, and bring your whole self — doubts, questions, and all.
The invitation to arise
The word arise is gentle. It doesn’t demand or rush. It simply invites. Therapy can be the place where you start to notice that invitation for yourself. Invitation to be seen, to be known, and to take small steps toward healing.
Maybe this is your season to begin. If this feels like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to walk alongside you. Get a feel for how I work through blogs.
