There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Faith-informed therapy with me offers a space to reflect, grow, and reconnect with yourself, your God and your community. We move at your own pace, whether that is one-to-one or within a group.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a personalised, one-on-one space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Sessions focus on your unique needs and goals, helping you notice patterns, manage emotions, and reconnect with yourself.

In our work together, we regularly reflect on your progress to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs. The aim is to support you in feeling understood, supported, and more connected to yourself and your God.

How can therapy help me?

It helps you understand yourself better, recognizing patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Therapy provides a safe space to process and heal from past traumas and emotional pain.

Therapy can offer new perspectives on problems, making them seem more manageable and less overwhelming.

Therapy often boosts your confidence and self-worth by helping you overcome negative self-beliefs.

It can uncover negative patterns, enhance your communication skills and help you build healthier relationships.

You learn practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges.

It can assist you in changing harmful behaviours and adopting healthier habits.

Group Programme

Alongside individual therapy, I also offer Rooted — an 8-week therapy group for Christian women who want to better understand themselves, feel less driven by internal pressure and emotional reactions, and experience a more grounded connection with God.

Rooted combines psychological understanding with faith in a practical, gentle, and deeply reflective process that can be applied to many areas of life and relationships.

Have more questions?

It’s completely normal to have questions before starting therapy. It’s an important decision and you may be wondering how it works, what to expect, or whether it’s the right fit for you.

Taking this step can feel vulnerable. It’s an act of courage — and for many, an act of faith too.

There’s no rush. You’re allowed to take it slowly.

I’ve answered some of the most common questions on my FAQ page to help you feel more at ease as you explore what therapy might look like for you.
